Built “MedArabiQ“, the first benchmark of its kind for the evaluation of large language models (LLMs) for Arabic healthcare applications, addressing linguistic and cultural barriers to improve clinical accessibility. The benchmark was submitted for publication at the Machine Learning for Healthcare Conference (first author).
Currently expanding “MedArabiQ v2” to over 33,000 samples for use in analyzing and fine-tuning SOTA LLMs for accuracy and reliability in Arabic medical settings, ensuring alignment with real-world healthcare needs.
Attended reading groups to discuss state-of-the-art (SOTA) research.
Moderated roundtable discussions with clinicians and AI experts during the Clinical AI Bootcamp to align research objectives with clinical practices and needs.

Developed and validated novel fermentation protocols, boosting throughput and process efficiency for the acetic-acid production line.
Initiated R&D for an ammonium-citrate production stream, defining media formulations, process parameters, and scale-up strategy.
